Gilotina

Gilotina is a native warrior of Apokolips and a member of Darkseids Female Furies after Big Barda escapes to Earth with her husband Mister Miracle. The Female Furies is run by Granny Goodness and all of the Apokolips warriors are trained by her at her orphanage.

Gilotina was apart of the original team of Darkseids Female Furies, later she was dropped down to the inferior Female Furies having to work with inexperienced members such as Malice, The Speed Queen, and Bloody Mary.

The Game

Gilotina pleaded to be brought back to the real team so Granny Goodness decided to make a challenge. Whoever can kill the most humans and superheroes on Earth will be promoted to the real Female Furies team. As the carnage began Gilotina was “winning” until they ran into trouble, superheroes Dove and Hawk showed up and rescued the civilians. Unfortunately a friend of Hawk named Rodger was near by and was mutilated by Malice’s pet cat Chassure and won the game.

War on Apokolips

As Darkseid is missing as the leader of Apokolips, Kanto and Virman Vundabar are trying to take control while the Loyal Granny Goodness, Gilotina, Bernadeth, and the Female Furies oppose them.

After many failed missions she was let go by the Female Furies all together and she decided to join a government research

agency known as Project Cadmus. Some time later she finally left the organization for unknown reasons and was able to

rejoin the inferior Female Furies squad. She began to train and fight with fierce determination and ascended thru the ranks, rejoined the true Female Furies team and became Field Leader.

Hawkgirl: Hell Hath Furies

The Furies were assigned a squadron of Parademons in order to find a stolen Beta-3 Gizmoid. They discover that the gizmoid has landed in St. Roch, Louisiana on Earth. According to their readings, the gizmoid has been activated and Bernadeth wants the gizmoid because Darkseid can't allow Earth to be destroyed by anything from Apokolips or it will mean war with High Father. It turns out Desaad designed these gizmoids to be a planet killer but production of the device was put on hold when a rogue Parademon escaped with a gizmoid through a Boom Tube. The Parademon landed in Ancient Egypt and hid the gizmoid before he was killed by Desaad's trackers.

The gizmoid finds itself near Stonechat Museum and it spots Hawkgirl soaring through the air. Its acquisition is computed as prognosticative Boolean algebra. The gizmoid decides that Hawkgirl would be a suitable template to begin Earth's eradication but before it could replicate itself, the Furies converge on its location by via Boom Tube. The gizmoid narrowly escapes by releasing radiaon gas to slow them down. Hawkgirl spots the disturbance and notices the Female Furies are barely conscious. The gizmoid comes up from behind Hawkgirl and pacifies her then it optimizes for template replication.

When the gizmoid was finished replicating, it disposed of Hawkgirl like a ragdoll and it became a mechanized version of Hawkgirl. The gizmoid begins attacking St. Roch with an arsenal of weaponry. Bernadeth tries to destroy the gizmoid with a series of centiblades but her attempt was unsuccessful. Fortunately, the Nth metal on Hawkgirl's wings became advanced by the gizmoid's brief attachment to her. Hawkgirl soars toward St. James Parish because the gizmoid was getting near that direction. Hawkgirl tells the Furies to focus their fire power on certain sections that she cuts off thereby cauterizing the wounds because the gizmoid can heal itself with nano machines.

Hawkgirl's plan worked and the gizmoid fell to pieces after sustaining the Furies' relentless punishment. As for Hawkgirl, the gizmoid's advancements wore off on her Nth metal because of its destruction and she became overly fatigued. Hawkgirl crashed near Mr. Dooley's Tavern and Bloody Mary followed soon after. Fortunately, Danny Evans was watching Hawkgirl's every move and he stopped Bloody Mary before she could sink her teeth into Hawkgirl's neck. The Female Furies collect Bloody Mary and reluctantly thanked Hawkgirl for her efforts.

Superman/Batman: Apocalyspe

A while after that, Darkseid was searching for someone who could be the new leader of his Female Furies, as Granny didn’t have anyone in mind she searched her orphanage until she found a contender named Precious who battled Gilotina and the Female Furies but was killed by the group.

Darkseid then set his sights on Kara Zor-El, Superman’s cousin, whose ship crash-landed on Earth. He sent Gilotina and the Furies to acquire her and bring her back to Apokolips to be brainwashed and become the new leader of the Female Furies. Later Batman, Superman, Big Barda, and Wonder Woman came to Apokolips came to the rescue but met some trouble with the Furies. Big Barda and Wonder Woman battled Gilotina and the Furies but Gilotina got the upper hand on her former leader, Big Barda, and was about to kill her when Wonder Woman threatened to strangulate Granny Goodness unless Gilotina let Barda go.

Young Justice

As the Justice league investigate the crime against Meta-humans throughout space, they soon came across a ship that was full of meta teens. That ship was one of Granny Goodness's. It was being controlled by Big Barda. The justice League enters the ship, but was stop by the furies. Gilotina was one of those furies. She fought Wonder Woman before being knocked out.

Powers and Abilities

Like any New God, Gilotina has Super strength, endurance, invulnerability, speed and her hands are able to cut through any substance. She is skilled in hand to hand combat and carries two razor sharp swords. Guilotina also specializes as a leader being a taciturn sort when it comes to directing the other Furies whilst in battle.
