Actually it does. This is basically kitty's phasing range and versatility vs Colossus strength and durability. Just look at their feats and you'll understand.

Why do you think Vulcan has better "potency" than Storm

@purplehairedni1: Better combat showings of potency overall. His feats all speak for themselves Storm's never really had that level of potency in combat barring weird outliers and whatnot. But I will say she definitely has better quantifiable feats and has been more competent than Vulcan in recent times hence one of the reasosn why I went with her.

Pretty sure Storm just says this and Vulcan questions this and seems to disagree... that's not really "confirmation" of anything, more so just subjective opinions being expressed.

1) Firstly what are those feats because I can pretty much show you a feat from Ororo that's literally on the same level or better. More recently it was implied that a amped Vulcan couldn't really put down Frenzy and had to resort to hax while under the same writer it was implied that Ororo could kill her with air pressure.

Ewing pretty much confirmed they were "equally matched".
