    Origin

    Consisting of superheroes such as Meridian, Warrior Woman, Dragonfly, Nephilim, Sable and Omni-Engine, the Second Force team, was made up of some the First Force team and new superheroes. Many other heroes would join the team over time, such as Sable's apprentice Mink.

    Creation

    Second Force is a Boom! Studios published team that first appears in flashbacks in the 2012 series Deathmatch, appearing in its debut issue Deathmatch #1. Second force is designed and created by writer Paul Jenkins and artists Carlos Magno and Michael Garland, writers and artists of the series.
