@jacdec: You could try to submit a question in the "Bug Reporting" forum and "hope" that someone with site privileges can fix any issues with your account.

Fill out all the pertinent information. Under "Category *" use Account & Registration and under the "Sub-Category *" use Registration & profile. And "hopefully" the CV Support Team will get back to you and resolve your issue.
