Alan Scott is the current CEO & President of the Gotham Broadcasting Company, having risen in ranks throughout the years. He was vice-president and general manager in 1951.
The company went bankrupt in 1976, but Alan assumed control of GBC again in 1985 when a second location was opened in LA.
With the JSA trapped in Ragnarok, former secretary Molly Mayne was briefly in charge of the company until Alan Scott's return in 1992. He soon resumed his routine duties, and for a time the JSA operated out of GBC's basement.
The building is known to have been affected by the Gotham earthquake but has since recovered. The GBC has made several appearances throughout the ensuing years.
In 2001, Alan Scott received a Lifetime Achievement Award for his work at the Gotham Broadcasting Company.
