I'd say both movies were awesome.
Animation: Into The Spider-Verse's visuals and backgrounds were outstanding. As if the comic page was moving. Better coloring, great still shots, and I'd say they really worked on the digital compositor so good, that it looks so elegant. The fights felt so smooth, and the editing was on point. I can go on and on with the animation....but you get the point.
Action: I felt the fights from Endgame was memorable than Into The Spider-Verse. Most noting is the fight between Thanos vs Iron Man and Thanos vs Iron Man, Thor, and Captain America. It felt built up, not predictable. While Into the
Plot: Both plots were great and Memorable.
The death's: The deaths of Aaron Davis and Tony Stark were both emotional.
Characters: I would have to go with Into the Spider-Verse here.... because I could keep up with all of the spidermans in other universes, and there short back stories. I felt as if the designs of the characters were really expressive and memorable. And I was happy that Tombstone made an appearance in the movie. Yeah, he didn't got that much dialogue in the movie, but I was still happy he was there.
Villain: Both villains were great, their goals and ambitions felt understandable.
Overall both movies were great.
