I've just accidentally created two pages for the same character, I tried to submit it as Meta-Crisis Doctor but for some reason it was submitted as just Crisis Doctor so I submitted it again as Meta Crisis Doctor and that worked fine not sure why this happened and I realised after it would have been simpler for me just to request you correct the name of the original and if a similar error occurs I will do that instead.
