The members of the WildC.A.T.s scour the continent in search of their missing teammate, Maul. They have learned recently that a shape-shifting Daemonite has taken the role of Maul and the ruse was recently uncovered. The WildC.A.T.s knew that the Cabal was involved with the Maul impersonation so they attack several Cabal strongholds while Void is able to hack into computer systems to find anything about the real Maul's whereabouts. Void finally learns that Maul is being held by Stormwatch and uses her teleportation abilities to gather her teammates and also free Maul. Meanwhile, a Daemonite leader, Lord Defile, resurrects Mister White, the Daemonite with shapeshifting abilities that impersonated Maul.
