After an attempted theft is thwarted by the Autobots, crime boss Victor Death calls in help to deal with the do-gooder robots. "Ol' Snake," a masked man with a familiar voice, agrees to help Drath prcure his abandoned Synthoid technology. With it, the two lure Rodimus, Arcee, Ultra Magnus, and Springer into a trap. transferring the Autobots' minds into that of blank, fabricated human replicants. Can the Autobots rescue their own mechanical bodies before Drath and Ol' Snake use them in a crime wave?
