Dream of the Endless (Morpheus) was the anthropomorphic personification of the concept of dreaming. He dwells in a realm called the Dreaming, from where he controlled the fundamental concept of fantasy and reality in the universe. He was the protagonist of Neil Gaiman's landmark Vertigo series "The Sandman".
Matt Cable was a government officer assigned to protect Alec Holland in Louisiana before he turned into the Swamp Thing. He eventually married Abby Arcane but was later left in a coma when her evil uncle Anton Arcane possessed his body. When his life support was shut off, Matthew died, but was resurrected as the raven companion for Morpheus, King of Dreams.
One of the seven Endless, inconceivably powerful beings, Death is both lord and personification of all death and life. She is well known for being the opposite of what most people think death is like; rather than being an ominous figure, she is a friend to all under her auspice.
Delirium is one of the endless, she is the personification of the abstract concept Delirium. She was once known to be the embodiment of Delight, until a series of unfortunate event, that made her to become Delirium. She is a creation of Neil Gaiman from the series "The Sandman."

Daniel Hall is the second Dream, son of Hector Hall and Lyta Hall. He replaced Morpheus after his demise at the hands of the Furies, carrying his legacy as the Lord Shaper of Dreams.

Destiny is the personification of Destiny itself. He is blind and carries a book which contains everything that was, everything that is, and everything that will be. Originally a host in DC horror anthologies, he was revealed to be the one of the Endless featured in Neil Gaiman's The Sandman series, as well as the only one who appeared before the creation of the series or the idea of The Endless came about.

Second youngest of the Endless in Neil Gaiman's Sandman series, she is Desire's younger twin. She was once know to be a good sister to the other, but later after her death, formed a new personality, which described her to give Despair even to her siblings.

Loki is a Norse god associated with fire, magic, and trickery. He fathered Hel, Fenrir, Jormungandr, and Slepnir (Odin's steed), among others. He is the husband of the goddess Sigyn. Loki is one of the few giants who are allied with the Norse gods.
Barnabas made his first appearance in Brief Lives. He is a talking dog who was first Destruction's companion, then given to Delirium by her older brother to protect and look after her.
Mazikeen was Lucifer's consort and assistant.

Odin is the leader of the Norse gods and father of Thor, Balder, Tyr, Vidar, Vali, Bragi, Heimdall and Hod. He is married to Frigga, the Viking goddess of beauty, love, and marriage. Odin is the All-Father of the Norse gods and ruler of Asgard. He is the son of Bor, brother of Vili and Ve. Odin is the creator god of Norse mythology. He is fated to be slain by the Fenrir wolf at Ragnarok.
Barbie is a character that is featured in two Sandman stories. She had a minor role in "The Doll's House" and a starring role in "A Game of You."
