Super Duper are billed as "eternal teenagers from the future". They are sponsored by Vought American, and appear to be where Vought sends Supes whose powers are less than marketable. Their unofficial leader is Auntie Sis. She appears to serve as caretaker for the more naive members of the group. Super Duper is officially led by Malchemical, a former member of Team Titanic who was sent to Super Duper as punishment. Super Duper is best described as a third-rate Supes, many of who appear to be either extremely naive or even mentally slow. Their "patrols" consist of wandering the neighborhood around their house, ineptly performing "good deeds" for citizens in need.
The Duper H.Q. appears to be a modest suburban house, apparently paid for by Vought American.
