Not positive which one should stay per the rules, but my vote would be to keep it separate, not #0. But https://comicvine.gamespot.com/star-wars-dark-empire-ii/4050-5398/ also has a a similar "preview" as #0 instead of its own series. As does another Star wars series I can't recall offhand.
