Little is known about the second man who bore the name Peacemaker. He was opposed to the unsanctioned Justice League and leading the UN approved Leaguebusters during the Overmaster crisis, but he dissapeared after that event.

His uniform was similar to the color scheme of the original Peacemaker, but wielding an armored version of his suit. It's unknown if he had any connection to the Pax Institute or if he was backed by Checkmate's own Project Peacemaker.

His final destiny is unknown.
