Judge Dredd Megazine #454 is OUT NOW and two series reach their finales this issue – as Storm Warning’s underworld escapades come to a thrilling climax, and the conclusion of the second arc of Surfer has Zane Perks facing off against criminal kingpin Snarky for the last time!
That means we’ve got new stories on the horizon, and next issue will see the start of not only the much-anticipated Dreadnoughts: The March of Progress by Mike Carroll and John Higgins but also Spector, the robot-detective drama from John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra, with Dan Cornwell taking over art duties from episode three.
Elsewhere in this issue, however, alongside the latest instalments of Dredd, Devlin Waugh and Death Metal Planet, there’s interviews with Brian Bolland about his new memoir It’s About Time, and Mega-City Two writer and double Eisner Award winner Douglas Wolk, plus we celebrate the career of artist Eric Bradbury, who went from flying night-time raids over Nazi Germany to drawing such gems as Doomlord, The Dracula File, Invasion 1984, and numerous Future Shocks and Tharg The Mighty stories amongst others. Enjoy!
