    A resident of 344 Clinton Avenue and a "Money-Checker" at the Federal Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP). Mr. Alstrom was suffering from "Green Lung" from working at the BEP (Superman #250).

    He temporarily causes mayhem in Metropolis by wearing and using the power of Brainstorm's Star-Bolt Helmet (DC Comics Presents #91).

    Mr. Alstrom has a mental condition which causes him anxiety because he is worrying about the quality of the air one breathes.
