The Ghost Dragons were an Asian street gang working under the command of heroin drug czar, King Snake. Their trademark colors comprised of blue, sleeveless denim vests and red head bands. A young thug named Billy Hue once led the Ghost Dragons, but King Snake executed him after he failed to assassinate the American interlopers Robin and Clyde Rawlins. Billy's girlfriend, Lynx became the new leader of the Ghost Dragons, but she too failed to bring down Robin and Rawlins. King Snake awarded her failure by having her left eye removed.
