artistic style, all the mountains there are calculable to 3km, ofcourse that will only happen if you cry about the mountains and don't accept them as mountain sized.

Don't see what's wrong with the Naruto pic. That explosion does look like it's dwarfing mountains.

I looked that up and apparently it's something from Bleach. How big is that?
It should be around small country but claimed to be a city size by Naruto fans since they the main ones who down grade the verse and exaggerate Naruto's. Apparently the Lanza is city buster while the rasangan shuriken is mountain, make that make sense.

Ulquiorra's Resurreccion released what Uryu described as "an ocean of Reiatsu" above Las Noches. And if Ulquiorra deliberately goes outside and makes the statement then it does in fact mean that he'd bust it if he transformed inside. That's the only takeaway.
On the other hand I don't see any issues with just using average mountain height (609 meters) unless the visuals contradict it in some way which the Naruto scan in the OP doesn't really do.
@wanderez: if I can still see the stem of the tree or it looks like the "mountain" is only 2 to 5x taller than the tree then that's just an hill at that point. That is no where near 309 meters.

It's kinda hard to tell because this is not the official scan (the official ones are more clear and detailed) but if individual trees are visible then yeah it's probably a much smaller rock formation.

I don't know where 3 story Kurama comes from, full Kurama is consistently bigger than that, the difference from full Kurama to half Kurama is pretty big.
