Looking for info on why a submission was deleted

I recently submitted volume/issue entries for Jeff Smith's Thorn. Both made it through the approval process without any issues, but I just went back to do a little touch-up and found it deleted. Is there some way to see why it was deleted?

That was my bad on approving, as I didn't double check the date. It is a bit too early to add July 2024 comics. Million things can happen before the release: release date can be pushed back, it can be cancelled, cover can be changed.

That's why we usually do new comics on the day they are released.
