Can Blast save the earth in Saitama place ?

Blast statues and he just does whatever. Either he BFRs so there will be no hassle, or he caves in gravity punches to Boros' face all over in circles with portal loop, or he uses Boros as a sport ball.

Blast's AP should be way higher than Full Monster Garou who's superior to Boros in feats, which is enough to turn Boros into pool of blood if not one shot him to death.
