Round 10: Black Panther vs Lex Luthor (both w all their suits and tech).

Most consistent canon versions of everyone.

Win by death, KO, incapacitation.

First of all, I'm answering for comics because most of these aren't in the MCU or DCEU

1. Green Arrow-more skilled, distance advantage, fighting skill, trick arrows

2. Idek, maybe Morbius

3. Either or-When Cyclops pulls off those glasses, there's no way Jason can tag him except from behind or on the torso or something. If Jason gets hit, he's down

4. Richard Dragon is much much much more skilled but Natasha is extremely agile and has gear on her side. Battle won't be easy for either but up close goes to Richard. Starting at a distance goes to Natasha (unless Richard is like a bullet timer along with being skilled)

6. Nightwing after a very hard battle. They're very similar but Nightwing's skill edges out.

7. I would say Cassandra

8. Killer Croc I guess

9. Very hard, I say 50/50

10. Lex Luthor's best suits are absolutely overwhelming Black Panther's.
