"Unknown Server error"

I was trying to edit a wiki page, and I got an "unknown server error" - along with whatever I edited going poof! That was a lesson.

So what is going on, and is there any way to actually save a draft on my own, so it doesn't get suddenly blinked out of existence?

@yotaruvegeta: That error happens randomly on occasion, if you are writing content for a wiki page it is best to copy/paste it into notepad then submit the edit, if it goes through fine discard the notepad file. You can also just copy the wiki page into your clipboard and submit and if it fails paste it in but that can be tricky.
