Probably could go either way, but I’d say Jason because he can win in melee or at range.

I'll say bronze tiger in melee and RH at range.

BT is better in the melee category than RH is in the marksman category when comparing it throughout the entire dc street roster imo, so i guess i'd rank BT higher overall, but i also think RH would win more often if they fought and gear was allowed due to the logic tparks presents.

Leaning Black Canary

I might be low balling Black Canary, because I haven’t read enough with her, but I’m pretty sure Bane on Venom can power through her Canary Cry and then stomp her in melee.

Can't Canary just spam her scream at him until he falls over? I'm not convinced she can win a physical battle but Bane as of recent hasn't exactly set the world on fire.

Even before Rebirth, her Canary Cry was effective against Black Alice (with Wonder Woman's powers), Mammoth, Giganta, and Amazo.

Her Cry regularly tears through concrete, shatters steel, etc.

Canary cause I’ve started reading the old Justice League international and her cry can hurt above street level threats. So far notably a Rocket Red who can give trouble to League heavy hitters.

Unless Bane runs away to formulate a plan, he isn't winning in a fair fight. He might find a way to ambush her or get behind her. Alternatively, maybe trick her in some way to avoid her using the Cry, but Canary Cry definitely oneshots.

Bane might try using his superior strength to beat but regardless Canary is more skilled and her cry ain't shit to put Bane down.
