I dont see the issue since all comic base characters in multi episode seasons are inconsistent. Look at DCAU Superman, Injustice Superboy, Homelander in the Boys, ect ect. All have insane moments of high ends and low ends. Writers just dont care about consistency only story.
Character with a single "movie" to their name will seem to preform better by comparison.
We can do one of three things.
1) Judge by high ends only. (Easiest option but not accurate)
2) Take both high and lows and average it out. (Not hard to do but not accurate either)
3) See which he has more of, high ends or low ends and go from the consistency (Hardest to do)
