Well, Sukuna is a cursed spirit, whilst Meruem is a strictly physical combatant. In other words, Meruem can't harm Sukuna, but Sukuna can harm him. Whether or not Sukuna is strong enough yet to do significant damage to Meruem is up for debate though. (I'm an anime only, so I don't know or have a concise idea of how strong Sukuna is) For now I'll say stalemate.

15 Finger Sukuna has better hax and is physically as powerful if not more powerful than meruem.

Meruem is physically stronger and faster though iirc he can't really see cursed spirits so he loses by default.

Not seeing how Meruem loses here. DE can only be used on people with cursed energy, Meruem has none. Meruem is leagues faster and about the same ap if not better.
