Strange Supreme defeated another Infinity Ultron off-screen so he should actually be above everyone here.

Peggy had the original armor/stones which didn't do her any good and Strange mentioned he defeated it before.

I meant in terms of taking Strange solo.

Even with the original stones, Peggy had a bunch of help, not just from Kahhori but from the prisoners when they gave her artifacts, and clearly would have been stomped in a 1v1.

Because Peggy has never used them before and was using 1 at a time she very clearly was a novice at the stones and her actions show it

Peggy punch literally clocked the demons out of him and the stones scale above the watcher who strange admitted was above him so again non jobbing and being competent with the stones are above strange

Same with Killmonger in Season 1 and yet he was was overwhelming Supreme Strange and the rest of the Guardians. Infinity Ultron used individuals stones too.

Because Strange explitcly says "You might remember, I defeated that armour once before?" "If you remembver," as in that was the same armor she fought before.

The point is still moot. She needed a bunch of help to even get to that point.

Based on what? Strange says he can defeat the armor, not the person wielding it.

Actually, Peggy even suggests she's BETTER at using it when she says he only beat the armor because "she wasn't in it."

That's huge irony. It's not stated that Strange is stronger but is stated he gets stronger via absorption. There's a basis. There is NO statement saying Peggy was weaker and, again, she in fact suggests she's the best at using it.
