    Caledonia was born as a captive on an alternate earth, and is descended from a long line of Scottish warrior champions. When freed from her captivity, she arrived on Earth-616 in New York City. She worked for the Fantastic Four as a nanny for Franklin Richards, thus coming under their protection.

    Caledonia's counterpart on Earth-616 is Alysande Stuart.
