Street Tier PYP Build Your Team Tournament Sign Ups (4 Spots Left)

In this tourney you are given 16 points to build a crack team. The points will be listed in the major sections below. I will post the rules, banned abilities, and these sections you put points into. I will also give examples for those who need it.

When posting your team give me the pictures you want to use, followed by the team members and the points they fill which will be set up how I show in examples at the end of this post. 😀 Got it? Confuse? Then tag me.

Rules:

Specify versions:

Composites are allowed but the composite must be near the same. For example. Comic Dark Knight Returns Batman as well Animated Dark Knight Returns Batman is the same pretty much. Manga Fullmetal Alchemist is same as Anime Fullmetal Brotherhood versions. Movie Predator same as Darkhorse Comics Predator base on film lore. You cannot mix something like for example 616 Spider Man with Toby Maguire Spider Man.

Banned:

Points System:

You have no more than 16 points to build your team. You cannot however have more than 16 people on a single team. Example many characters or fodder can be used that all fall in the (0) points area, however you cannot use a total (0) point character. They have to cost at least (1) point. Only 16 characters total. You can use Fodder nameless characters as well or specific name characters in fiction. Be very accurate with your points, and if you go well above the point value in any area in a debate, you will be disqualified. I understand there is outliers, so if your character has them, dont use those outliers.

@agmine570: muchiro weapons is a solid 1 pointer. Those blades don't break when hitting or hit by things that smash steel to pieces. They also have superior cutting power.

The rest look fine to me.

@sirfizzwhizz: I already did had him 1 in strength. So you mean 1 in cqc for the sword? Alright.

@sirfizzwhizz: I'm sorry, but what is the exact AP of a naval destroyer? Conflicted whether I should put Grindelwald at 2 or 3.

Where would you rank a run-of-the-mill Ultra/Emps child/Death guard/Imperial fist marine? So i have a baseline. I ask because what is a baseline for non-named Marines and Mary sues or captains or librarians are .. well, contested area

Any Space Marine, even plague marine not much difference.

This is honestly how I would rank it but maybe other people don't think he's that strong?

What do you think would be the fair amount of points? I don't want to undervalue him and then people complain.

But anyway, here's my team picture:

Well if you ask RE debaters, even Leon is over limits.

Leon is peak human like Batman or Captain America.

Toph is TK wise with Earth bending be over limits.

There is over dozen feats here well over 10 tons of strength, some in the few hundred tons, of manipulating rock. No way she is allowed for the tourney. I could see using Lin Beifong 2 in range and 2 in durability with armor, or Bolin as 3 in range. Not Toph.

@sirfizzwhizz: Ah, I see. Didn't read the part that TK would also be seen as strength. I'll use this team instead.

@sirfizzwhizz: Can I have Kuvira for 2(in other words have her strength as 1?). She doesn't have notable bending feats in scale at all. Her best TK feat in scale is this:

How much do you think that metal cart would have weighted? I don't think it would have been that much due to the cart very most likely being hollow and not a big cube of metal.

@agmine570: issue is Kuvira directly scales to Lin Beifing and Korra in power. So she is clearly a 3. It's kinda dishonest to say her feats are not directly as good when we all known she is as powerful if not more so.

1) How does Kuvira scale to Lin in raw power? First of all they never fought(it was Suyin that fought Kuvira, and Lin has much better raw power feats than Suyin). Suyin diesn't directly scale to Lin in raw power either, and to say Kuvira 'overpowered' Suyin in raw power is also unclear.

2) When Korra fought Kuvira first, she was drastically mentally weakened. It makes sense for her earthbending to also be weakened. Raw power never came into play in their second fight.

Kuvira'a specialty is skill, precision, and attack rate. It is never hinted or shown that she has amazing raw power with her bending.

@chris2kzombieki: Oh yeah, my bad striking is not really limited. If you can physically hit the target that's all is needed. Most characters who hit hard are limited in other ways by stats anyway.
