Invisibility. As long as it's absolute, it would be more useful in real life.

If you're intangible does that mean light goes through you as well? How would you see anything?

I'd probably get more use out of intangibility than invisibility.

If you phase through an object and solidify halfway through you die, you can also phase while you sleep and end up in the ground in other words die.

Don't get me wrong intangibility is a more powerful ability for a superhero but for me personally invisibility is just more useful for the real world.

If you are effected by the gravity, you would fall down to the center of the planet.

If you are not, the planet would fly away from you at massively hypersonic speed. (This is actually false, but fun to imagine)
