Have the Eternals suffered the fate as the Inhumans? It seemed Marvel tried to market then but after the movie failed the race of cosmic beings were nowhere to be seen after Judgement series.

The most popular Eternal Sersi is also dead. Do you feel like the Eternal need an actual rebrand like the X-men or did they did not stand the test of time?

Same thing that’s happens to Jack’s New Gods over in DC World, swept under the carpet. A shame really.

They are not popular and therefore don't get much attention.

genuine question. but doesn't your suspense break off when u read a marvel story and then still know there are countless x men, inhumans, eternals, aliens, mutates heroes, avengers etc etc yet they all try to act as if it's a rare thing to see superhuman people?

to give an example, it would be as if the people in hero academia act like having a quirk is a rare thing.

@yoroshi0: Speaking for myself, it doesn't break the suspense for me at all.

I think it's still "surprising" for the heroes/teams to discover new superhumans, because realistically, they should already be aware of the vast majority of superhumans on Earth. The discovery of new superhumans can still be surprising because it's new for them.

It always comes down to the writing for me. Even for the same ol’ tired comicbook/superhero tropes there can be ways to breathe new and creative ideas as long as the writing isn’t lazy.
