  1. Legacy has an ability that lets her use Flight to make an attack. Obviously powers/qualities are assigned to abilities during character creation and there's a lot of freedom there, but what about outside the context of abilities? Can Flying characters normally use Flight as the power in their attack dice pool if they describe their hero as flying during their attack description? Could a martial artist character use Agility to do the same? Can a hero deal psychological HP damage via Presence https://tweakbox.mobi/https://tutuappx.com/

  2. Some powers seem very broad, like Gadgets, Power Suit, and Inventions. On one hand I'd be nervous about an Inventor hero using a pocket flamethrower and stepping on a Fire hero's toes. On the other hand if these powers can't mimic other powers at all that'll slow down gameplay and severely limit the practical applications of tech powers.

  3. A less neurotic question: do villains get a damage soak saving throw same as Minions and Lieutenants?

  4. I'm having a hard time understanding how environments work. My understanding is that they act at the same time as the turn tracker, meaning they always go last when they're present. Do they act strictly through twists, or do they have options outside of twists? Do environmental twists only come into play through normal course of gameplay (ie. during player overcome checks), or are they triggered by other means?
