Dwarves IMO. The Kharadron Overlords and WC Dwarves and Gnomes carry their team. The tech they have would make quick work of infantry, letting the heavy hitters from the rest of the armies clean up the more powerful units with tons of support. The air support they have is a huge deal.

In kind of biased towards any Fantasy Dwarves though. Lol

@tparks: I agree that the air support is a big advantage for the stunties, but what if the orcs decide to take the fight to the caves?

@firefly489: If the Dwarves follow them in, then that's a tough call. It's a location a lot of them would feel pretty comfortable fighting in, but I think I'd say the Orcs would win.

They could always make it a battle of attrition and keep the Orcs inside the cave while defending the exits though, and basically starve them out.

Why are we using AoS in here mixed with fantasy? AoS is overall in general much better than fantasy lol

OT not sure I’ll have to look into more

Summary for the Runemasters:

Glomin-a constructor, is over thousand years old, managed to hold off a broken factory against the Destroyers for a similar period, and only with dozens of robots.

Mechanic - Exactly what it says. Specialize in repairing machines. They have your standard dwarf resilience, and if necessary, fight their enemis using tools.

Technician - More experienced Mechanics. Love booze. Can use a welding machine as a weapon, and are equpied with bombs.

Technologist - More experienced mechanics. Specialize in weapon crafting. Use a flamethrower that's attached to a rifle, and shock grenades.

Constructors - The peak of dwarvish engineering. Use a flamethrower and bombs. Can make weapons from mundane objects.

Technocrats - More experienced technologists. Their rifle can shoot plasma beams.

Rune adpets - Dwarvish mages. Wield Magic hammers. Cast fire runes and ice runes.

Runesmiths - more experienced and powerful adepts

Rune artists - more experienced and powerful smiths. Can now shoot lightning

Runemaster - more experienced and powerful artist. Can create a runic aura that: shields allies from magic and attacks, passively damages opponents, weakens their resistances

Warrior - The main 'foot soldier' of the Runemasters. Heavy armor, gun and a sword.

Veteran - More experienced warrior with improved gear.

Runic Warrior - More experienced warrior with improved gear.

Rune Lord - More experienced runic warrior with improved gear. His sword can negate resistances, and they can regenerate.

Steam Ulfserker - A dwarvish robot. Can only throw punches.

Steam Berserker - A stronger version of the Ulfserker.

Red Steam Ulfserker - A stronger version of the Ulfserker with regen, jet boots, and better speed.

this is basically between the warcraft horde and the warcraft dwarves, everyone else gets crushed in the clash, however the horde overpower the dwarves by far here, so it is basically the path of glory from hellfire peninsula all over again, in fact several characters clear on their own, like thrall is the avatar basically has full control over the 4 elements fire water earth air and in addition to lightning, he can manipualte the entire environment and cause massive destructions via those elements, he also has the doomhammer which is an overpowered weapon and he defeated deathwing who was a world-ending threat more powerful than anyone here

others like grommash hellscream destroyed entire armies of demons and monsters, he took down the pit lord leader mannoroth as well as the demigod cenarius who is also more powerful than anyone here, then zul'jin another powerhouse who took down armies of extremely powerful elves, magic monstrocities as well as many other people and he has the power of the loa, same as vol'jin who has the power of multiple loa and spirits and can control partially soul manipulation from the afterlife etc

(picture reference of the path of glory in outland after the fel horde fought the draenei and others)

@firefly489: Okay I promised I would get to this so here we go:

I'm gonna have to go against the grain and favour team greenskins. Why? These are the highest numbers you find amongst the orcs:

- 100 000 Orc Boyz

- 80 000 Savage Orc Boyz

- 50 000 Big Uns

- 100 000 Grunts

- 50 000 Headhunters

- 50 000 Berserkers

- 50 000 Axe Throwers

These are the highest numbers of the dwarfs:

- 10 000 Miners

- 10 000 Dwarf Warriors

- 10 000 Drones

This is not accounting for the fact that team orcs have several more units with either greater than 10k soldiers, or also having 10k soldiers. There are as many black orcs and tauren as there are miners and dwarf warriors.

Now obviously multiple things play to the advantage of the dwarfs. Number 1 is that they have a city to defend themselves in. Number 2 is that they have superior ranged weaponry. And number 3 is that I'd argue that the WD is the strongest character here.

Number 1 is absolutely solid. It's been shown many times that it's near impossible to breach a dwarf hold, and karaz-a-karak is impenetrable even by those standards. Infact, if they just close off the hold completely, then it's just a stalemate. The orcs could never gain entry, and the dwarfs could never kill all the orcs. However if they have to want to win, then they need to hold it open enough to where assailing it is a possibility. And sure, especially due to number 2, the orcs would take massive casualities. Superior firepower would slaughter them as they try to gain entry, and even if they did, they would have to force their way through sturdy dwarfs.

But eventually enough orcs would die for them to get through those problems, and the orcs would overwhelm them. Things like having heavy hitters like the White Dwarf certainly would help, as he's both an army-buster and can solo most heroes here 1v1, but the issue is that team orcs hardly are pushovers either, and eventually those heavy hitters would also be taken down.

By the end of it the orcs would be very low in number, but they simply had the bodies to spare.
