I only played Dota a couple times before but when i played i only had the choice to choose of 3 heroes while on LoL you get to choose from a hundred of them.
@elderskaar: He seems to get hurt fine by other LoL heroes. And considering faceless comes from something similar to the void, no reason he couldnt.
I hope you aren't using Gameplay mechanics but the fight against Malzahar. If we go by gameplay mechanics, Faceless would be murdered by many overpowered characters.

In DOTA you start with all the heroes, in LoL you need to buy them.

Eh, I think they do too much with it. I have like 600 games played on League and have only been able to unlock around 40 champions, some of which I bought with real money. It feels less as an attempt to make you work for them and more an attempt to force you to buy them with real money.
You mean all out character war ? Spectre solos then. There are characters like Silencer who has 12 sec global silence in mid/late game which goes through magic immunity and burns mana. Pugna/Oblivion who basically destroys any managreedy character. Lifestealer who would love to fight Chogath or Zak. Sniper who can kill most of them even before they managed to get near him etc.
Not to mention that combining ults of Silencer/Spectre/Zeus/Ancient Aparattion and Nature's prophet in mid/late game will kill 99% of lol characters.
Lancer Won't be that hard to deal with. Lol characters have nice AOE, but i Just remembered that Aghanim on Lichs ult gives infinite bounces. I think Lol has more than 120 characters, Imagine Lich sending two charges with Refreshorb and Aghanim.
Smite. LoL fans are f*cking annoying. Are Dota fans even existent anymore? lol.
There are more DOTA players than Smite players, so I suppose that answers the question.

I assumed the OP meant DOTA 2, as it'd be weird to be comparing a modern moba with a older one, especially when the older one has been remade and modernized. Also the OP mentioned he played "DOTA" before and then explained his experience with DOTA 2, so it's pretty safe to assume he is referring to DOTA 2 as simply DOTA (as many people do)
he goes in, Q and pentakills the entire enemy team, whoever is still alive gets another Q in their faces all while Master Yi is untargetable, repeat untill they're all dead
Havent played lol but Dota 2 have some op AOE hero ults like Death prophet,Shadow fiend,Leshrack,Void,Sliencer and a Omniknight for the win.I also think Ursa will wreck any lol heroes 1v1.Dont forget Kunkka Zeus,AA,nature prophet and crystal maiden.
There are several league of legends champions that solo dota at this point, such as Aurelion Sol, Zoe, Kindred, Viego, Morgana and any of the Darkin, making it a verse much is unfair, even on the regular fighters level it would be hard to deal with the higher ends
if its an all out war then its kind of a stomp in leagues favor due to the likes of aurelion sol, kindred, bel'veth (the void empress), zoe and viego the ruined king
