I've never read a comic with Static (other than the awful N52 series), I've only watched the animated series. However, I loved Static in that show. Give me a comic similar to that (keyword being similar).
Get a writer who knows what he's/she's doing. As much as I loved Court/Night of the Owls, Snyder is not that guy.
