The Crime Syndicate is a team of supervillains from an alternate universe. It is comprised of evil doppelgängers of the Justice League. Its five core members are Ultraman, Owlman, Superwoman, Johnny Quick and Power Ring who are counterparts of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Flash and Green Lantern respectively.
Grid is a malevolent artificial intelligence that lived inside of the cybernetics of Cyborg's original body. During Forever Evil, Grid detached himself from Cyborg, leaving his former host for dead, in order to aid the Crime Syndicate.
A weak-willed counterpart of Hal Jordan from Earth-3 who is constantly tortured by the ring of Volthoom he wields.
Earth 3 John Stewart is a Coast City policeman who found Ring of Volthoom which empowered him to becoming a ruthless vigilante known as the Emerald Knight.
