-They play with their prey before eating them. Sometimes they don't eat them and leave them to suffer.

-They kill billions of birds every year

-They are responsible for the extinction of 66 animal species (birds, rodents, and reptiles).

-They kill for pleasure

-Studies have shown that cats recognize their master's voice but simply prefer to ignore it.

-They will not hesitate to eat their masters if they die

-The mother often devours her young for any pretext: Someone has touched them. She is hungry. She feels that they are in danger, etc.

-The male kills the kittens of other males to force the mother to want to reproduce.

-They manipulate other's emotions. Cats don't meow at each others, they only do it for humans because they have evolved to imitate the sound of human babies. That's for cats who lives with humans. Cats who lives in the nature imitate the voice of an agonizing baby tamarin in order to attract adults who wants to help it. The imitation is not even good but it works.

-Not their fault but they carry a parasite called "Toxoplasmosis". That virus makes you attracted to cat. It's not harmful but it change your behaviour toward them. 30 to 50% of humans are infected with that parasite without knowing it.

Cats are cool. They are also more affectionate and loyal then people give them credit for. They just aren't "in your face " about it like dogs are.

Honestly I’d say the Guinea Worm for one big reason. It’s a parasite that causes pain as it emerges over months, causes paralysis or arthritis in about 30% of its victims, kills one percent of victims in 2022 (likely higher in the near past) and doesn’t have the decency to be prey to any animals or even provide a corpse for carrion feeders.

There’s a reason why it’s the only animal humanity is unified in the belief it needs to be wiped out. Hell, wars have halted to set out the infrastructure to hasten this grubby little parasites demise.

@sundown89: Dolphins comit murder and infanticide of smaller porpoises for fun. They also are know to be gang r***ists. This isn’t even rare like in humans, it’s a commonly practiced behaviour.

Infanticide in the Animal Kingdom is more of an instinctual act for survival. Many predatory species are driven to eliminate their competition even while still in the stomach.

I know in Killler Whale society, "gang" affiliations are considered Cultures. These different Killer Whale cultures develope hunting methods, communication, diets, etc... all unique to their own particular Culture
