Is destroying a [SPOILER] the worst thing Doctor Doom's ever done?

Recently finished Christopher Cantwell's Doctor Doom series. In a moment of rage, Doom killed a benevolent version of himself then proceeded to destroy an entire universe, killing trillions in the process, with that universe's Ultimate Nullifier. This is all because he couldn't accept the fact that his alternate self befriended the Reed Richards of said universe and the two helped make their universe a utopia. This is perhaps the most unhinged I've seen of Doom, it really shows that his hate for Reed runs deeper than you may have imagined prior to reading the story.

Doom showed no remorse afterwards, Doom sought no moral justifcation for what he did either, he knew what he did and he knew it was wrong but he just didn't care.
