Stated by DC Comics website this is Legendary Monsterverse Godzilla. There is only one canon Legendary Monsterverse Godzilla.

IIRC it was stated to be non-canon to DC Rebirth, though that allowed the author to give Supes Reeve continuity. With the OP statement as well it should be a solid case.
When the villains looked into the Monsterverse, it looks like the real deal. Scylla and Behemoth were awoken by Ghidorah during King of the Monsters. Camazotz, too, but he is from a Godzilla vs Kong tie-in that was also a sequel to a Kong: Skull Island tie-in.
@edgelord91: Honestly their is plenty outliers/hyperbole in the Godzilla Comics and Novels to wank Godzilla and crew pretty high.
Also should be noted that Superman lost for stated reasons.
Godzilla more like Wonder Woman or Green Lantern levels than Superman levels to be frank. Other Titans being more Aquaman level.
