@mcu-defender333: Definitely people are thinking that giant picollo being able to fight for a few seconds with a weakened cell max makes UI tier but his attacks could barely damage weakened cell max.

Compared to that Gohan's attacks were literally destroying him. Orange picollo is in my opinion UI omen tier.

Current Goku with KK will beat Piccolo but not ToP Goku

@lilgodperv Piccolo also wasn't at his 100% because Gohan wasted his senzu beam, if he ate it he still wouldn't be able to beat Cell but he would have last longer.

Toriyama himself said he is in the same level as Goku atm so no not even current SSBKK would beat him, Goku needs MUI.
