Unless this is Iceman at his peak, I'm going with Guardians all rounds.
Heather and Mantis hold off Jean long enough for Richard to stomp the others.
Guardians R1
X-Men R2
R3 probably goes to X-Men, IDK what the Guardians can do with prep.
Worldmind should be able to help out in the prep round.

To do what though?
@geekryan: If this is DnA Star-Lord (the only true Marvel Star-Lord) and not the MCU clone retcon version, then he’s one of the best prep characters in comics.
He’s 4-0 against Thanos with prep.
He held onto a cosmic cube to beat Thanos in their first fight. This isn’t something he can get in a day, but part of his prep was saving it for Thanos.
He’s outsmarted and trapped Thanos in the Cancerverse with a complex plan that he came up with pretty much instantly.
He prepped to find and use the Mandalay Gem to stomp Thanos in a 1v1 fight. He left it on a moon, and it would only take him going back to get it. Not that I think he would think it’s necessary to go get the Mandalay Gem just for the X-Men, but I’m just saying he has Thanos killing prep available to him in less then a day.
He came up with the plan the Avengers and Guardians used to beat Thanos using Groot as a surprise weapon. (This is getting close to retcon Peter though)
He was the brains behind the Annihilation defense tactics against Annihilus and the Negative Zone. Nova was the leader, but Star-Lord came up with every strategy and Nova credits him for this, and suggests Star-Lord start the GotG after this, because the universe needed someone who was smart enough to prevent universe ending threats from ever starting by leading a team that does just that.
He created planetary shields for Hala. It backfired when the Ultron virus took it over, but he did still create a planet wide defense system that was activated and put in place in an instant. He came up with the plan to destroy Ultron after this, by using Groot to burn the tower (forgot the name of it) down by having Mantis give Groot the ability to turn his sap flammable (Groot is usually completely resistant to fire/heat). Star-Lord’s role on the team is prepping genius plans for the team in little to no time.
Also, just in general, the Guardians have a lot of tech they can use. Tony Stark has admitted that the random tech they have just laying around is beyond his abilities to create. Rocket gave Tony shit all the time about how inferior his tech was, and he was able to easily repair it because it was so much less advanced compared to what he was used to working with. On their ship, they just happened to have a mech suit that Thanos believed would have killed him if Rocket would have fired on him, and this was when Thanos was said to be at his most durable. This was just a random weapon that they happened to have.
Post-retcon Star-Lord would challenge the X-Men to a dance off or something stupid like that though.
As for Worldmind, it has detailed data on basically every person in the universe, so that would be pretty helpful in prep.
