Korra

Korra should win. Aang's earthbending is comparably powerful to her airbending, but she's got a decisive stylistic edge. She can hover on a vortex to give herself an altitude advantage while staying off the ground, and her defensive airbending is better than anything Aang can bypass without his own. It wouldn't be easy to get through his own defences, but she could work around them eventually. Aang is also inherently connected to his native element in a way most Avatars aren't; he's physically reliant on it, and he often amplified his other arts (his earthbending in particular) with it. Korra's used to fighting without access to all the elements.
