He's actually kind of pathetic compared to the main Superman (who kicked his ass in a one-sided fight), but he has some decent feats.Without the yellow ring, he beats Omni-Man with some difficulty. With the ring he casually removes Omni-Man's head from his shoulders with a backhand.

Clark....while Omni is fairly impressive he doesn't quite reach top tier like. Clark or Thor..just a tier below. Blue marvel is a better match

While Omni Man’s greatest feat is destroying the planet Viltrum with the aid of Mark and Thaddeus

Imma say Nolan edges a win due to greater experience and higher pain tolerance
