Circe is eh, Destiny is the big problem here if he can get his powers going. I think Strange and co can handle it given they have pre-built counters for Destiny's dream hax and whatnot.

Dr destiny isn't weak he could easily hold back strange and circe would beat clea which will make the fight a two vs one which strange will lose.

Strange would kill Destiny, he resisted to Nightmare who is far more powerful than him
